In October we received a large donation of books from a well-known economist in Harare, John Robertson. He was down-sizing and needed to find a good home for his large collection of books. He gave us over 2,000 books, representing a great variety from academic texts to literature and popular fiction to guide books and some magazines.
We are most grateful to John, and promise that we will make the best use possible of these books within the library. Thanks also go to the kind member of the Gwanda community who transported the 20 boxes of books from Harare.
