During the past months, Edward Ndlovu Memorial Library has introduced a new program for five selected rural schools, funded by Book Aid International. These schools have received a specially prepared cupboard containing books, which will remain at the school and become part of their permanent collection. They will not rotate or be replenished by us, but we will support them with training and special programs.

Before distributing the books, we held a workshop at the library for the teachers and heads of all the schools, to train them on how to organise their library and make the most effective use of the books for the children's learning.
